Working with Heart Tones is the BEST decision that you’ll make in your birth journey. Beth is an absolutely incredible doula. We were lucky to have the talented Haley join our team as well. We all clicked from day one! Beth is highly knowledgeable, calm, caring, reassuring, thoughtful, and fun to be around. She has an answer to and local resource for every pregnancy and postpartum question and concern.
We had a beautiful birth experience at home and at the U, thanks to her and Haley’s coaching. Their support included middle of the night advice, guidance to spend most of our early labor time at home, *hours* of hands on and verbal support during labor (relieving for my husband!), advocacy and fast decision making on our behalf at the hospital, and documentation of our entire experience for future memories. I truly wouldn’t have had such a positive and strong birth experience without them.
Beth and Haley supported us postpartum and helped us through all of the new parent questions like soothing techniques, gas relief, sleep routines, pumping, and much more. Haley and Jorie are fabulous night doulas, giving us the gift of extra sleep and trusted overnight baby care.
I *highly, highly* recommend Beth and the Heart Tones team! I would trust Beth with my first-born…and did :) We are so lucky to know them and will definitely work with them again in the future if we have a second child.

When my partner and I moved from the Bay Area to Salt Lake City halfway through my pregnancy, I was worried about finding a queer & trans-informed birth team. My worries were quickly put to rest once I found Heart Tones! Beth found us the perfect match in Camille, who made us feel safe, heard, and comfortable from the start. Camille prepared us with so many invaluable tools, and when the day came I felt confident and ready for an unmedicated home birth knowing I had her support. I’ll be forever grateful for the way she helped carry my partner and I through that beautiful day — she was a huge piece in making my birth the magical, transformative experience that I dreamed it would be. The community in Salt Lake City is so lucky to have a doula agency like Heart Tones!
-Maya

Beth and her team at Heart Tones gave my wife and I the opportunity to have the birth support we always dreamed of having. Her scholarship gifted us with the affordability to work with our amazing doula Camille who was queer-informed, knowledgable, warm, and the exact support person we needed to have an incredible home birth. We were so privileged and honored to be chosen for this scholarship opportunity during a transitory time when we were unable to afford the full fee to hire a doula for the birth of our daughter Shanti. Because of the Heart Tones scholarship granted to us by Beth and the support of Camille, our doula, we truly were able to have a life-changing birth experience made perfect by the people we were surrounded by. We will forever be grateful to Heart Tones for their generosity. We literally could not have done it without them.

Working with Heart Tones was invaluable in our birth experience. No matter the birth plan you have, I would recommend a Heart Tones doula! We worked with Camille who was incredible. The most valuable thing to me was how she involved my partner in the preparation and birth. She educated him on what to expect, what I’d be going through, and how to constructively contribute. She coached us into being a strong birth team without the resentment/frustration/anger you commonly hear about in partners. This helped us leave the birth experience as a team ready to care for our equally adorable and demanding baby.
Camille was a great communicator and really helped us work through some tough decisions when my labor required a change in our plans. Her clarity in those tense moments was everything!
We also took a birth class through Birthsmarter which was facilitated by Beth. We learned so much and gained a group of parent-friends who are going through the same phases as us.
Hiring a Heart Tones doula is the best early decision you can make to set your family up for success! We will absolutely be using them again in the future!

I wanted to share some feedback about working with Erin Park leading up to and throughout our labor and delivery process. She was an outstanding partner and advocate, and totally exceeded our expectations.

We felt very well educated and prepared leading up to the delivery; she was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and a great communicator. Being first time parents, this was incredibly valuable.

Our delivery turned out to be long, complex, and basically the opposite of everything we had hoped for - some of which was due to our hospital based care team (we've shared a lot of feedback with them separately) and some of which probably couldn't have been avoided. Having said that, Erin continued to be a stellar leader, partner, and advocate throughout the process. She helped us navigate difficult situations, conversations, and went above and beyond to ensure the comfort and safety of me, my husband, and the baby.

Lukas + Andrew, first-time parents

We can't recommend Heart Tones enough. They were absolutely incredible when we had our little one 5 months ago. They made sure we had a plan in place for delivery and knew so much more of what to expect going into it. They were so comforting and empowering to us. I honestly can't imagine going through a birth without a doula after how much support they gave us.

I am beyond grateful for Heart Tones Birth Services and my doula, Lucia Killian. She was very responsive and quickly met for a consultation call that accommodated my schedule. From the very instant we connected Lucia was a calm presence, a great listener, and gave me helpful information. I was anxious for my birth and felt excitement for the first time when Lucia went over birthing plans, positions and options. Lucia provided a comprehensive overview, discussed choices,  and helped me come up with a birth plan. She stayed in touch through emails and text.

The day of the birth, Lucia went above and beyond in providing support. She came down to support me when I asked, even though I was nowhere close to giving birth. I felt like she had my back and was on my team. She also provided invaluable support to my partner. Lucia was there immediately once my labor was progressing. She was our rock during every step of the intensive labor process. She helped me adjust when things needed to be changed. Lucia had this incredible balance of helping me make choices, then process feelings about choices and non-choices, and then encourage and reassure me and take away any shame or regret. My birth did not go as expected and I had a medical emergency. Lucia was such a helpful, safe spot in the whole experience. She captured the joy of my daughter’s appearance into the world as we had asked with pictures and videos. And then she went above and beyond when things got dicey for me. I will forever be grateful for her comforting me, talking to me, being there for my baby and partner when I couldn’t be. It meant so much to have her follow up with us to process our birth and provide the most helpful resources as well. I would emphatically encourage anyone considering a doula to assist in their birth experience to do it and am so grateful Heart Tones provided an invaluable service and matched me with Lucia.

Anne +Adam, first-time parents

We are so grateful for Lucia and Heart Tones. Lucia helped us feel informed and prepared, and she was instrumental during my labor. She was incredibly attentive and had a reassuring, calming presence. She knew just what to do and ask at every moment. She is so skilled.

As a first time mom, I had no idea what I was going in to. My husband didn’t even know what a doula was before we met with Bre from Heart Tones. We now both say we wouldn’t have been as comfortable as we were without her. She was with us every step of the way through a surprise induction. I can honestly say my birth was fun, and that is all thanks to Bre. She helped me carry my laughter through the entire process, helping me feel safe, supported and understood through the entire process. Best doula in Salt Lake City!

Aryel + Erik, first-time parents

Beth was incredible! She provided instruction before the birth in coping techniques such as counter pressure and massage, walked us through developing a birth plan, and facilitated heathy conversation about our feelings and expectations about the birth. She was AMAZING during the birth asking wonderful questions, recording the birth story, providing relief with massage, and just generally being a positive, trusted source in the room. One of Beth’s recommendations also helped the birth progress, so we were able to avoid an unwanted intervention. I couldn’t recommend Beth more, we loved working with her throughout the process.
- Aryel

I cannot recommend Beth and her Heart Tones team enough! We weren't sure what to expect with a doula, but thought we could just use the support of an extra person during the delivery. However, Beth turned out to be so much more. The prenatal meetings really prepared us for the pregnancy and birth process. She was a crucial part of the team at the hospital, and actually made some recommendations to the hospital staff that ensured our baby was born safely. We are so grateful to her!

If only I could give Heart Tones more stars!! I looked at hiring a doula like this: all the research in the world and I’d still go in not sure what to expect, so why not have someone with me that does? Professionally does. She guided me, listened to me, held my hand when I cried, validated me, answered every question, gave me advice through every phase, and most importantly empowered me to speak for myself to hospital staff. Ok, not to mention rubbed my legs and feet for hours during contractions!!! I wholeheartedly believe that our birth story would’ve been a traumatic experience if it wasn’t for Beth. She is worth every penny. I even told her she’s worth more, so I’d hire her before she listens to me. I love Beth and Heart Tones and I can’t say enough good things about my experience!

Sonja, first-time parent

Our experience with Lena was wonderful! She feels like a lifelong friend now. Her knowledge and support were invaluable, particularly once labor began. We really enjoyed the prenatal appointments, as they helped us feel more confident about our birth and allowed us to get to know Lena better. Lena worked tirelessly my entire active labor, giving counter pressure, massage, verbal support and more. I know we went back and forth on whether we could afford a doula and now I can say it was the best decision we could have made. Thank you so much again for making this possible for us. We will forever be grateful for Heart Tones and will be sure to refer all our friends your way.

Sarah, second-time parent

The Heart Tones Birth team were lifesavers not only during the birth of our second child, but in the early postpartum phase as well. Our family faced a unique situation: on top of Covid regulations complicating the birth experience in general, we also have an older child who needed care, and one parent who can't drive...and we were very new to town, without family or close friends who could lend a hand. Needless to say we were at our wits end trying to prepare for the birth. Not only did the Heart Tones Birth doulas exceed our expectations for birth care, they were also willing to include more off-the-beaten-path forms of assistance in the postpartum stage, including help with childcare drop-offs. I would recommend their services in a heartbeat because, above all, they are caring individuals who bring true humanity and understanding to their clients. I truly don't know what we would have done without this help, and our family will always be grateful.

For those expecting a more "normal" doula experience, I would also recommend them based on their sheer skill. Again, this is not only in labor and delivery (though I'm not sure how I would have survived an extremely rapid labor sans epidural without Beth's strong hands providing counter-pressure), but also in our conferences beforehand, where our doulas made their practice and their values clear in the sensitive questions they asked about OUR values, as well as our past experiences, our needs and desires, our boundaries, and so on. I'm usually very much an "if you want something done, do it yourself" kind of person, and approached childbirth that way the first time around; how I wish I had been in a position to have this kind of help and support then, too. If you're wondering whether hiring a doula is worth it, then, the answer is YES...and if you're wondering whether to hire these specific doulas, the answer is also, YES!

Caroline, first-time parent & birth + postpartum doula client

Where to even begin?! From the moment my husband and I met the Heart Tones Birth doulas we knew we wanted to work with them. They are so warm, loving and supportive of all parties involved in the birthing process. We felt like we were in such caring, knowledgeable and capable hands throughout my pregnancy, through delivery and postpartum.
Our doulas were there to help every step of the way. I know if it weren’t for them, I would not have been as confident in the delivery room. Having that hands-on support in such an emotional moment was necessary to help me stay level and make the decisions that were best for me.
As for their postpartum services, I cannot express just how crucial they were during such a fragile time. They helped me feel human after having my baby, and truly helped with whatever I and my husband needed without judgement.
If you are looking for a doula, I cannot recommend Heart Tones Birth Services enough. The best money we’ve ever spent, and truly some of the best people we’ve ever met.

When it came to birth, we knew we wanted a doula there, but we wanted to be very particular in who we invited into our sacred space. Upon interviewing with Heart Tones Birth, we knew they were the right fit for us. All of our prenatal sessions were informative and beautifully crafted - setting us up for a successful natural birth when the day came. On birth day, Beth was on call, and held space, provided every comfort measure needed, said exactly what I needed to hear, when I needed to hear it, and celebrated our son's arrival along side us - I will never forget having Beth there, it is something I cherish very close to my heart. The role of a doula takes a very special and genuine person, and the Heart Tones Birth doulas are exactly that.

The Heart Tones Birth team are outstanding doulas and really just incredible people. I knew I wanted a doula to help me throughout my first labor and delivery. I went with Heart Tones, not only because of their skill in the work of being birth attendants, but for their tight organization and flexibility with offerings during COVID. They kept me on track with our conversations before I had the baby (which was a burden off my shoulders) and I knew they'd be there when I went into labor.
My labor ended up being different than I expected (isn't every labor?) :) But I had to get induced and I was able to talk to them about that decision before I solidified it with my care team - that made me feel better. Then, although I had envisioned a medication-free delivery, I ended up getting an epidural after a very long induction. It was still very worthwhile to have our doula there, helping us weigh the pros and cons of our decisions, as well as providing physical support at the hospital before I got the epidural. When it was time for me to start pushing, our doula leant her skills, calming presence, and support. 100% worth it. And then I still needed a C-section. But I knew that I'd done all the preparation I could, I'd had all the support I needed, and I felt confident that that was the path my baby and I were taking. No guilt, just joy. And the support from our doulas was critical to that.
They are excellent doulas while you're laboring, but they also provide so much more -- before you have the baby, and after. Highly recommend!

Heart Tones doulas are compassionate, knowledgeable, and just plain lovely. They treated me and my husband as equal partners, making sure both of us received all of the answers we needed to feel prepared for labor and delivery. Chelsea attended our birth and I can’t imagine bringing my little Finley into the world without her there. She was an invaluable part of my care team and if we have another baby in the future, I hope our Heart Tones Birth doula is there again. They were incredibly communicative and flexible during Covid, too!

We couldn't have asked for a better team of doulas to work with as we prepared for and gave birth to our first baby!
The doulas are compassionate, informative, genuine, and are full of knowledge and guidance for anyone wanting doula support. We never knew there were so many choices to make in preparing to give birth and they both were so helpful in providing information so we could make decisions that were right for us.
Our doulas helped us navigate the hospital system during COVID and we were lucky enough to have them help us at home and at the hospital during various stages. They have a relationship with the midwife team that we had been working with for our prenatal care and delivery and we were so grateful that our two teams (midwives and doulas) were all so supportive. Due to COVID restrictions we were only allowed one support person (my partner) and one person from our doula team. It felt like having another family member there to cheer us on!
Our doulas provided resources, books, videos, and referrals for anything we wanted and needed. We felt so comfortable working with them and would not have been as prepared or confident to give birth had it not been for their support. We highly recommend Heart Tones Birth for anyone considering doula services!

Words are not enough to express the love and gratitude we feel for Heart Tones Birth.

Picking a Doula: Similar to many other first-time parents, my partner and I had no idea what to expect for pregnancy and the birthing process. There is so much to learn and it was often overwhelming...until we signed on with Heart Tones. I am so so glad that we chose to work with a doula. They are the epitome of generous and empathetic educators - they were so patient and kind in prepping us for labor. Our prenatal appointments were some of my favorite moments - they helped us feel calm and confident about a the daunting nature of birth.

Birthing Process: Heart Tones was one of the most beautiful parts of our birth - truthfully, I think our birthing process would have been much different without them. Beth was present for the early-to-mid stages of our labor and she was REMARKABLE. Both my partner and I underestimated the physical demands of counter pressure. She was tireless in her physical support during contractions and emotional support during my toughest moments. Without Beth's coaching, I think I would have opted for an epidural much earlier than I did, missing out on a hugely physical and spiritual process for me and my partner.

Chelsea was present after I decided to get an epidural and her warm presence in the room was exactly what we needed. She was also an important advocate for the many decisions that follow an epidural. In the fog of birth, it's tough to make such big decisions and we're so glad she was there to keep us grounded. Once Baby arrived, she was incredibly helpful - she walked me through our first moments of breastfeeding which I think set us up for very successful feedings from the start.

If you're considering a doula, you simply can't get better than Heart Tones Birth. We feel so bonded to them - they are family!

Meredith, first-time parent

Where do I even begin?! This was by far the best decision of my pregnancy as well as the best money I have ever spent. Hands down! Not only did my husband and I have continued support throughout our pregnancy, we had someone exclusively on our team and on our side as first time parents when we went into labor over week early.

Firstly, having Heart Tones come to our home for our own personal “birthing classes” was amazing! Yes we took the usual classes through the hospital as well, but having 1:1 interaction with our own squad made us feel more confident about what to expect. They brought tons of experience, examples and techniques that we could utilize. We did the “3 Sisters of Balance” throughout my entire pregnancy and I feel strongly that helped my labor come naturally, fast and put baby in the right position.

When we went into labor I sent our group text saying I thought it was false labor. Chelsea was on call first and called me immediately after seeing the timing of what I thought was Braxton-Hicks contractions and said to get some rest and get ready for baby. She knew before I did that things were moving fast and this was all happening. She told us exactly what to do next, when to call her, when to go to the hospital, etc. Once we got to the hospital Chelsea stayed with us for hours while we walked around waiting to be admitted. She talked me down when I got upset, she helped me feel comfortable with the poking and prodding and tons of questions I didn’t know how to answer. She helped my husband support me during contractions so that he could hold me up and she could apply counter pressure. I honestly couldn’t have done it without her.

Once we were admitted she stayed right next to me so my husband could take the time to rest and made sure I was comfortable and felt safe and secure. Labor was a whirlwind, but she was right there the entire time. She never spoke for me but instead helped me to feel comfortable enough to speak up for myself after talking with her and my husband about our options. We had some scary moments during the labor itself but she was calm and supportive throughout. Once our baby was here, she made sure we were successfully latching and on our way to breastfeeding before she gave us hugs and let us enjoy our new baby as a new family.

A few days later, Beth stopped by for our postpartum visit and made sure we were all doing well. They’ve both stayed in touch with us since as I had tons of questions on healing, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, etc. whatever I needed, they made sure to help me figure it out or point me in the direction of a specialist who could provide more specific guidance.

Sorry for the long post, I just can’t say enough about how positive my entire experience was. Chelsea was absolutely incredible on D day and I will keep her and Beth in my heart forever for how much support they provided us along the way.

Book them, you’ll be so happy you did!!

Jessie, first-time parent, birth doula + womb song client

My family and I can't say enough good things about Heart Tones Birth. I decided to hire them late in my pregnancy, at about 35 weeks. I was waffling about needing a doula because my husband, mother, and sister were going to be helping at the birth. We'd already taken a birth class. Did I really need a doula? YES! It was the best decision I could have made and I can't imagine having gone through the birth without them.

This was my first baby and I was terrified. I developed pregnancy-induced hypertension and I had to be induced at 39 weeks. During our pre-labor visits, our doulas made me feel calm and capable in a time when I was freaking out. During the birth, their presence was a consistent, calming comfort. They helped with many things, from positioning to helping me think through decisions. They also took the pressure off of my family to be the perfect birth partners, so they could take breaks and feel their own emotions. Everyone was so grateful that they were there.

Additionally, Beth wrote us a womb song for our baby. I highly recommend getting one. She is amazingly talented. She interviewed us about what we'd like it to say, and that was a lovely, bonding experience for my husband and I. Beth wrote the most beautiful song ever! I tear up every time I sing it to my baby boy, which is every day.

We love you, Heart Tones! Thank you for all that you do. I hope to have another baby in a couple of years and will certainly use Heart Tones again.

Lezlie, first-time parent, birth doula + postpartum doula client

My partner and I found Beth when seeking queer-informed, trans-masculine-friendly care in Utah. Our vision for our birth was a loving, consensual, empowered and educated experience with a team of caring, respectful birth workers. Having Beth as our doula was crucial to realizing that vision. She was present, active, and incredibly responsive to our needs/inquiries. She’s an amazing networker, and connected us to many care providers and fellow expecting families, which has helped us feel at home in a new place.

Prior to the birth, Beth designed playlists and music for us, and helped us prepare emotionally and physically in so many ways. For the birth, she was solid, flexible and two steps ahead in anticipating every need. Even as Beth is calm and grounded, she was also confident and fierce when the moment called for it! I can’t imagine our birth without her, and cherish the many ways she supported both myself and my partner. Listening to Etta James sing At Last as we held our baby in bed right after birth, watching her lock eyes with my partner and tell him “you can do this!” at the perfect moment, and sipping on juice from a straw she'd brought me while I chestfed our baby for the first time all stick out in my memory.

In the weeks after birth, Beth’s presence as our postpartum doula was also essential: she took care of basic household tasks we couldn’t seem to manage, set up our Rock-and-Play, held our hands, and talked us through the early struggles of newborn parenting. She was our rock throughout. As a queer family, Beth affirmed my partner and I at every turn: with gender neutral language, sensitivity for both birthing/non-gestational parents, refraining from assumptions about who would do what in our relationship, and mirroring our vision of our family. In a birth world thick with gender assumptions that didn’t reflect us, this was invaluable!

aliza + Joe, first-time parents

We met Beth at a local coffee shop and both my husband and I knew immediately that she was the doula we would want to hire. We had not met any other doula but Beth's calm energy, warm and welcoming vibe put us both at ease and began to open up the world of birth in a way we hadn’t yet explored in our heads (we spoke about everything from birth classes to postpartum support groups in that first meeting). We went home and sent Beth a text within 20 minutes saying we wanted to hire her.

As my pregnancy progressed, Beth would check in often and would offer words of wisdom as well as an ear to listen to. There were times where I felt very emotional and she was incredibly supportive and again so calming. She gave both Joe and I tools to prepare for the day (movements, music, evening routines for relaxation, etc). She was a fantastic resource at every moment. The weekend before my scheduled induction she came over with the most delicious date truffles, which we devoured.

Then came the birth, I labored for 38 hours. It was the hardest thing I have ever done, I went 24 hours naturally before finally caving and getting the epidural. Beth was with us for the entire time and not just physically present, but emotionally with me. There were many times where I looked at my husband, who despite 12 weeks of birth class looked like a deer in headlights most of the birth, and I would turn to Beth and feel both reassured and safe. There were a few scary moments and in those moments Beth would look in my eyes, hold my hands and remind me of my strength. I think of those moments often and I am so grateful I had Beth with me. She was so much more than what I could have expected a doula to be. I have a few pregnant friends and I have adamantly told them they need to hire Beth. I truly don’t know if I could have done it without her.
-Aliza

We had our first kid in August of 2018. Before the process began I was vaguely aware of what a doula was, but didn't really understand the point. However, having a doula present was something my wife wanted and this seemed like the time to be supportive, so I went with it. Once we met Beth I warmed to her immediately. She had tons of good info and I never got any kind of judgy vibe from her. Our meetings before the birth all went well and I was glad we had hired her, for my wife's peace of mind if nothing else. Having a doula felt like we were prepared, like we were doing everything we could to be good parents.

When it came time to head to the hospital, Beth met us there immediately. She set about transforming the space from sterile to comfortable and warm. The nurses immediately took to her, which I took as a good sign. So far so good. Then the fun part ended and Beth went into beast mode. We had a 36 hour marathon of pain and sleeplessness and I don't know what I would have done without our doula. She kept us fed, grounded and sane. She was the liaison between us and the hospital staff so I never had to feel like I was bugging anybody. She was amazing.

There was one moment in particular, where they were putting a large needle in my wife's back during a particularly painful contraction. Beth took my wife’s head in her hands and maintained eye contact at a time when I had absolutely no idea what to do. That 30 seconds alone would have been worth any price she asked. I'd recommend Beth to anybody asking. I really don't know how you would do it without her.
-Joe

Rebecca, first-time parent

From our initial prenatal visits to our labor and delivery experience and postpartum visit, Beth Hardy was an irreplaceable resource to enable a confident and ecstatic birth. In addition to her fountain of birthing knowledge, Beth also has unique gifts with the music, touch/massage, and creation of space that she brought to our labor and delivery. She showed up for us within 30 minutes of calling her in the middle of the night with early labor onset and tirelessly endured the next 24 hours of our labor process, providing intuitive, hands-on support to shepherd us through the hours prior to delivery and thereafter. She was an awesome resource for grounded discussion during moments of decision making for various interventions and served as an advocate with hospital staff to assure optimal communication.

Where our preconceived ideas of "the ideal birth experience" and interventions involved had to shift given the unique circumstances of our delivery (as they likely do with most), my husband and I emerged from our son's birth feeling that we had still been gifted the most ecstatic birthing experience and most joyous day of our lives we could imagine. Beth was fundamental to this in the affirmation, wisdom, calm, and support that she brought to the whole process. She was our grounded and loving guide through a most charged liminal space, assuring a confident and euphoric emergence into our new life as parents. We would recommend her beyond measure.

Jacoby, first-time parent + music therapy assisted childbirth client

Beth is thoughtful, kind, attentive, trustworthy, and never judgmental. She shows up fully, brings a breadth of experience, and is good at planning for and looking after her own needs. Beth is not invested in any one thing working, yet offers up many options. She does what needs doing. During the birth, she was skilled at receiving my sternness, doubt, spaciness, determination, and glee, and didn’t personalize any of it. She was with me and my partner, moving closer and stepping back with intuition and finesse. She reminded the midwife of our preference to not make a sex announcement at the right moment. She let our friend in who walked the dog without disclosing where we were in our process in the other room. She installed our carseat base just after birth when thinking that way was not available to us at all, yet we would need the carseat available for checkups.

As a transman giving birth in Utah, I knew that I was looking for unicorns to comprise my birth team, and I found one in Beth! Her queerness and trans alliance allowed me to be honest with her and other providers, to cry in front of her, and to really have the birth that we had dreamed of. I could not be more satisfied or grateful. Deep bows, Beth.

My spouse and I could not have asked for a better doula. As clients she made us feel important and cared for. She always arrived prepared and brought her extensive knowledge of the birthing community with her. She helped my spouse and I feel comfortable and confident. During early labor and the birthing process Beth demonstrated a remarkable devotion to us. She helped us pause and think through difficult choices that resulted in happy parents and a happy baby. After the birth, Beth checked in with us regularly. If we ever decided to have another child, Beth would be the first person we would call to be part of our support team.
