Aleesha is a lactation consultant who specializes in working with LGBTQ+ families. She meets with families in their homes to help them navigate the postpartum feeding journey, and also has experience supporting induced lactation. Aleesha is a safe, affirming member of the LGBTQ+ community, and she offers a compassionate, down-to-earth presence.

Through her private practice, Jessica sees people in-home and virtually. She doesn’t currently take insurance but provides a super-bill that you can submit to your insurance. She has worked with LGBTQ+ people and has helped non-gestational parents induce lactation. Jessica also works at the U of U. To schedule with her at the U, call the University Services scheduling line at 801-581-2205. Your appointment will need to be scheduled with a physician, but Jessica will be there if you schedule your visit at the main hospital pediatric clinic (UH Pediatrics) on a Wednesday or Friday.
